2. 1:1 Mentorship Sessions and Resume Reviews
We kindly inform you that our policy does not allow for refunds or cancellations. However, if the mentor (service provider) needs to cancel or reschedule the session, you will be given the option to: Reschedule the session, or Receive a full refund

3. Rescheduling Policy
One reschedule is allowed per session if requested at least 24 hours in advance, but it’s subjected to mentor’s availability. Additional reschedule requests may be declined or considered as a completed session.
4. Final Decision on Refunds
All refund decisions made solely at the discretion of the website owner. Such decisions shall be final and binding. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that do not strictly comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Refund Policy.
